Cristina Santiago

As a multimedia reporter, I strive to provide accurate and compelling stories that inform and engage my audience. I earned a degree in journalism with a specialization in sports media from the University of Florida in December 2023. During my time at school, I contributed to ESPN Gainesville and WUFT News, covering a wide array of local and sports news stories.

​I had the privilege of interning at CNN's headquarters in Atlanta, gaining invaluable insights into newsroom management and production. I also interned at the SEC Network/ESPN in their digital media department, where I contributed to game coverage on the website and played a key role in launching its new website.

​Most recently, I worked at KTUL Channel 8 (Tulsa) and KOKH-TV (OKC) as a multimedia journalist, where I reported on local news, sports, created digital content, and told stories across various platforms.

​Currently, I am based in Milan, continuing to pursue opportunities in multimedia journalism while developing stories with a global perspective.

Fueled by my passion for captivating audiences with diverse perspectives, my ultimate goal is to create an impact through the art of storytelling.
